Privacy Policy for Air Hockey: Overload

Air Hockey: Overload is a local multiplayer game designed to be played on a single device. The game does not require an account or login and does not operate its own backend server or player database.
Air Hockey: Overload does use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may collect and process certain device and usage information for advertising, analytics, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and related purposes.
Information Air Hockey: Overload does not directly collect
Air Hockey: Overload does not require an account or login and does not operate its own server or user database.
The app does not directly collect:
- your name, email address, or phone number
- account or login information
- your precise location
- your contacts, photos, files, camera, or microphone content
- messages or user-generated content
- payment or financial information
We operate no server or database containing player information.
Information stored locally
Air Hockey: Overload stores a small amount of information locally on your device so the game can remember your settings between sessions.
This may include:
- graphics or quality setting
- whether audio is switched on or off
- whether haptic feedback is switched on or off
- reduced-motion preference
- other basic game settings required to remember your preferences
This information is not transmitted to servers operated by the developer.
Depending on your device settings, Android may include app data in device backups, which are handled by Google. Local app data is normally removed when you uninstall the app, subject to the behavior of the operating system and device backups.
Advertising and Google Mobile Ads
Air Hockey: Overload displays advertisements using Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK.
The game may display:
- a full-screen interstitial advertisement at appropriate breaks in gameplay, such as after a match or when leaving certain game states
- an advertisement on the pause screen
Advertisements are not intended to interrupt active gameplay.
Google Mobile Ads automatically collects and shares certain information for purposes such as advertising, analytics, measurement, fraud prevention, and security. This may include:

This information is handled by Google and is not sent to servers operated by the developer of Air Hockey: Overload. We do not operate a backend that receives the advertising data described above, and we do not directly store that advertising data on our own servers.
Google states that data transmitted by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Consent and advertising choices
Where required by applicable law, Air Hockey: Overload may use Google's consent mechanism to request your choices regarding advertising and related data processing before advertisements are served.
If personalized advertising is not permitted or consent is not provided where applicable, the app may request non-personalized or limited advertisements where supported.
Non-personalized advertising does not necessarily mean that no information is processed. Google may still process certain information for purposes such as:
- fraud prevention
- security
- measurement
- frequency capping
- advertisement delivery
Android advertising controls
On Android, advertising settings and the Android Advertising ID can be managed through your device's privacy and advertising controls. The exact menu names may vary depending on your Android version and device manufacturer.
App permissions
Air Hockey: Overload may use Android permissions required for game functionality and advertising services.
For example:
- VIBRATE — used for haptic feedback during gameplay
- INTERNET — used by the advertising service to load advertisements
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — may be used by advertising components to determine network availability
- AD_ID — may be declared by Google Mobile Ads for access to the Android Advertising ID when available
The core gameplay itself does not require an online account or online multiplayer connection.
Air Hockey: Overload does not require access to your:
- camera
- microphone
- contacts
- photos
- personal files
- precise location
Analytics
Air Hockey: Overload does not use a separate first-party analytics service unless explicitly added in a future version.
The app does not currently rely on services such as:
- Firebase Analytics
- Google Analytics
- Mixpanel
- Amplitude
- Sentry
- similar standalone analytics services
Development and diagnostic tools used while building or testing the game are not intended to be included as player-tracking systems in the production release.
Google Mobile Ads may perform its own measurement and analytics-related processing as described in the Advertising section above.
Children's privacy
Air Hockey: Overload is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through accounts or our own servers.
The app does not include:
- account creation
- chat
- messaging
- user profiles
- user-generated content sharing

Data retention and security
Air Hockey: Overload does not operate a server or database that stores personal information from players.
Information processed by Google Mobile Ads is subject to Google's own retention, security, and privacy practices. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and related documentation for information about data handled by Google.
Local settings stored by the game remain on the device, subject to Android storage, backup, restore, and uninstall behavior.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information handled by third parties, including rights to access, correct, restrict, or delete certain information.
Because Air Hockey: Overload does not operate a backend that stores the advertising information described above, requests concerning information handled by Google Mobile Ads should generally be directed to Google.
You may also use the privacy and advertising controls provided by your device and operating system.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the game, advertising services, additional services, or applicable legal or platform requirements change.
